The citizen service platform allows for a more agile resolution of cleaning requests and incidents. Communication from neighbors is faster and allows for exact localization, which facilitates the work. In case there are more requests in the same place, they are grouped into one. Neighbors can also track the incident in real time. Depending on the incident, action will be taken in one way or another and within a time limit.

Furniture and bulky items on the street

One of the most recurrent incidents for all municipalities is related to incivility and the abandonment of furniture and bulky items on the street. These incidents can be resolved through the NIRIS citizen service platform, as by introducing the removal request and location, it is directly sent to the corresponding department and can be addressed. Additionally, if the same request is duplicated, it will be managed as a single incident, thus being more efficient. Neighbors who have made the request to the city council can track its progress and will also receive a response once it has been resolved.

Dissatisfaction with services

On various occasions, neighbors wish to express their complaints and dissatisfaction with certain services, such as the location of containers, the frequency of cleaning, and many others. Through the intelligent citizen service platform NIRIS, all these types of complaints or grievances are collected, allowing for an analysis of the most recurrent ones. Thus, this application enables us to assess the level of dissatisfaction with specific municipal services and implement corrective actions.
